Here’s a 3-minute ritual to ground yourself first:


  1. Breathe intentionally (1 minute)Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Do it three times. Feel your body ease into the moment. You’re awake—and that’s a gift.


  2. Speak gratitude out loud (1 minute)Whisper 3 things you’re grateful for. Yes, say them out loud. It’s not woo-woo—it’s wiring your brain to focus on what’s right, not what’s missing.


  3. Set a word for the day (1 minute)Peace. Power. Focus. Joy. Whatever you need today, name it. Let it guide your choices, your tone, your pace.
